HELP Please!!!!

Ok. Well, I have been freaking out lately. I have had such anxiety over HIV. I have had swollen glands in my neck lately, and they are somewhat visible. I went to the doctors and they did a complete blood count to rule out infection because I also had a temperature of 99.5. I have anxiety disorder, so I am freaking out that I have symptoms of HIV. I have also been very tired lately and had a headache. I had an encounter with someone in January...8 months ago. Am I completely overreacting?? Please someone help put my mind at ease! Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I obviously have some anxiety issues and I needed some reassurance that I was overreacting. I appreciate it.

Symptoms if you have them at all come at 2-4 weeks after infection, not months. Your symptoms do not resemble ARS.

Here is a more detailed description:

I had sex with a male in January. I am a 26 year old female, in good health. I know we used a condom the first time we had sex, but I was very drunk the second time we did, and I do not remember if a condom was used. I know he is from the US, but I had just met him that night....a irresponsible one night stand. That was 8 months ago. And about two months ago I started getting awful headaches, and my doctor said they are most likely migraines. I went back to the doctors about one month ago and I had a low grade fever of 99.5. I have also felt very tired lately. I have not had severe nausea, but for about a month now I just haven't felt right. My doctor did a complete blood count one month ago due to the low grade fever, and it came back completely normal. But I can't get my experience in January out of my head. I am totally paranoid now that I am experiencing the symptoms of HIV. I am aware that I am probably just freaking out over nothing, but I still do have anxiety over this. Any advice or anything???
