Exposure update...Teak?

Ok went back on some phone records and actually found that my last exposure was 3mths almost to the day from last Elisa-(7weeks from first-).  4.5mths from previous encounter and 6.5mths before that.  Of these encounters the two most recent i feel represent low risk whereas the 6.5mth encounter could be considered high risk. I could sleep well at night if i currently didnt have these problems:
thrush
sore throat
sinus congestion
neck and back pain
swollen and sore neck nodes
loose stool
itchy skin
headaches
fatigue
tons of anxiety and stress!!!
6-7mths ago i felt run down and came down with a sinus infection, which developed into mild sinusitis, i feel like all my problems stem from this far back cause i never felt fully recovered.  if i was hiv+ i dont know how i could feel ill for 6-7mths and pass two Elisas.  Please help

HIV paranoia and anxieties provoke and manifest so many physical ailments.
It is true that you are HIV-.
Whaever is causing the problems....it is not HIV related.

You've already ruled out HIV. You need to be looking else where.

Because your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.
