Hi...i know that maybe my question is kinda weird. I work in a HIV monitoring lab. and last week when i was opening a
-70ํ C. freezer. i felt like a drop of water ( not a whole drop of HIV sample, i think) got into my eye. and i am afraid if HIV plasma could be leaked or exposed outside of a keeping box ( a box passed a procedure of selection HIV samples for Viral load test, and i'm not sure if a technician could make a contamination of HIV on box surface) or anything inside a freezer. if that drop contained HIV particles , do i have a risk to get infected? please giave me an advise because i am still nervous and paranoid.
Thank you for your kindness
