p24 reactive wtf pleaseeeee help!!!!

please help

i had a protected intercourse with a prostitute about 4 months ago, and there has not been a day thats passed that i havnt thought about it, at the 3 months mark i got an antibody test which was negative, and at the 3 1/2 mark i got another antibody test which was negative. My problem is the second time i got tested a stupid doctor told me i could do the western blot test if im so worried,(which is only suppose to be given if the antibody test is positive) and my p24 antigen is reactive, so my result is indeterminate. Im so worried about this p24 antigen.
Does this mean i'm about to be infected?
Can this react in normal healthy people?
Isnt the 3 month antibody test 97% shure that i dont have it(as opossed to 6 months)
What should i do?
Should i be worried?

thanku so much for your time, i swear it'l help me so much, im going crazy and i cant study and my exams are coming up.

You are negative, one band on the western is irrelevant.  This is why that test is not performed unless the ELISA is positive.

3 months = absolutely 100% conclusive and beyond!  You are negative.  The p24 is not reliable past relatively early infection, which is not 3 months.
