HIV help

I know cant tell symptoms for HIV alone. But I have never been truly sick, and also never been so scared either.
I was in Nigeria, very drunk and got a lady of the night. I only wanted a BJ and was laying back enjoying. She then went on top for about 5-10 seconds before I triggered and kicked her off (no condom). Offcourse from this point have been scared. I googled seeing 1 in 1000 chance and tried to right it off, but always in the back of my mind.
Around 10 days in, I started getting a rash lower trunk and a rash upper trunk.  Soon after, nightsweats for about 5 days (only a couple days really bad), stopped eating (upset stomach) which resulted in about 3kg lost (I weigh 88kg). I went for a test at 21 days (as I work away and got call back) Antibody and Antigen test and STD. all come back negative.
Rash in lower trunk went away with cream at about 6 week mark but still see minor hall mark of it.
Upper trunk I still have spots, and just noticed a rash on my neck.
Stomach has been giving me grief, everything from pains moving location to acid reflux feel which may or maynot aggravated my sore throat. Sore throat previously was very minor but did get worse. Headache comes and goes.
I am now at 10 weeks after exposure. Stomach slightly better, throat slightly better. Upper body rash still present and neck rash present (upper body rash is spots) neck rash it like mild nappy rash.

I have been hanging out to get tested, but waiting so long is doing my head in. I am just afraid that I have too many symptoms. Not just one or two like most people.

I guess my question is, could I still have symptoms 10 week in, also does the stomach pain change or is it common throughout the period. I have a onboard doctor that I did not want to see, but asked him about the stomach and over the last few weeks has been acid reflux and also air in stomach. He is giving me medication to help which has only subsided it a little.

Thanks

No, you can't have HIV symptoms now, (or before) because it is impossible for you to have HIV. See doc immediately, because stomach issues can last forever or sometimes they can go away at an undetermined time, but it is not wise to procrastinate like you have unfortunately done due to incorrect self-diagnosis.

You had no HIV risk and a test would be a waste of time.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make your encounter a risk for HIV.

You can check the std forum for best answers on std.

I did have unprotected penetrating vaginal.
I stated above that she hoped on top for about 5-10 seconds.
And I have had STD check up all back negative at the 3 week mark.
Just test and find the answer, because you are living your life as if you were positive. There is no reason to delay testing or to continue trying to guess the answer.

A duo is conclusive now or any test after 3 months.
Yes, but I work offshore and cant test. If I was home I would. I dont want to delay. .
