pep, hiv risk and jock itch

hey guys, looking for some advice. my partner completed a course of pep following a sexual assault in June of last year where he was penetrated by a stranger. he had an hiv test three months after completing the course of pep which was negative... is this test conclusive? the internet gives diferent guidance on whether a threw month test is conclusive or not... some suggest a further test at six months?

secondly is jock itch potentially caused by hiv infection? I only ask because for the last month he has been having recurring episodes of jock itch.

I am obviously concerned for him, but also for myself as we recently started having anal sex again.

No he doesn't need to worry. He doesn't have an HIV concern.
