But I still have some questions as I'm concerned that the sperm made direct contact with my wounded area.
I've seen other ppl saying that if the fluid does not carry enough virus it will be unlikely to get infected with HIV. So I am wondering if the person I had contact with has hiv, would his sperm have enough virus to infect the tiny area that's been wounded?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
