HIV rapid test question

went to my local health clinic and received Clearview STAT PAK rapid test and the result was negative. This was 13 months past possible exposure which was unprotected sex with someone who i know to have had a lot of partners... Had also received a Oraquick Advance test at Planned Parenthood 2 months before this test that was also negative. Can i finally stop thinking i have HIV and move on? It has affected me for so long and I just want to get this out of my head. I always think about ways the test could have given me a false result...such as I am a smoker and use chewing tobacco and am prescribed Tramadal, also an expired test or waiting too long to read the results.. so i think these could all attribute to a false test result. Just want to move on and quit testing.I dont know if it my way of dealing with the guilt i feel for my past actions or what :(  Any response is appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the Hiv prevention community. The good news is that Hiv is not your issue, your negative test results are proof of this, they are final and conclusive, the real issue here is guilt and more guilt but let it go.We all make mistakes and you have learned from yours i,m sure.Time to move on.All the best.
