pin *****?

Hello,
Today while out to eat, the waiter touched my left arm. I know he was (is) a former drug user, which raises red flags ( i am not saying all drugs users have HIV). if he stuck me with something, would i have bled? could you get HIV if you didnt bleed?

I also now have this strange tingly sensation on my left arm. I dont know if it is caused by anxiety or what.

Please Help.

(I know the situation is far fetched but i need help)

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

now IF and when you have one of the above exposures...THEN you have put yourself at risk.

until that time...keep it on the ocd forum

Hi and welcome to the Hiv prevention community. To begin with when we talk about possible exposures there has to be a genuine risk of transmission or some concern,in your situation i believe that your thinking is irrational without any disrespect to you.If you were stuck with a needle it would have been so obvious and you would have bled, the fact is that this never happened and you need to put everything into perspective.Zero risk from this situation.
