please help, I really think I have something

I got a couple of tests done including an HIV test after my encounter with a prostitute and of coarse it came up negative.  The doctor said that she did notice that my white blood cell count was much lower than the average though.  I did some research and the first thing I saw was possible viral infection such as HIV.  I also noticed a little purpleish spot under the head of my penis.  Im trying to stay positive, but my mind is telling me that I have something.

i am not a doctor...but i do know that there are numerous things that can cause your WBC to fluctuate.  see your doctor if you have further concerns.

you do NOT have a hiv concern.

It was protected but i was highly intoxicated and not only was it vaginal but anal as well.  Can someone give me a ballpark estimate on what they think my chances are, the low count on my wbc scares me but also that the prostitute was black and could of possibly came over to europe from africa where hiv is very prevalent

That's funny I didn't read low WBC with HIV. You had protected sex. Now move it along.
