please help me clarify these symptoms

Hello . I need some advice on a possible std exposure . I was with a girl(who has had many parteners recently)  2 days ago , and I have some strange symptoms . I wore a condom , but I also stimulated her with my hand for about 10 seconds at the very beginning(my hand remained dry) . I know there is a small chance , but we also kissed , and I kissed her skin after touching it (her skin ) with the hand I used to shortly stimulate her .
So , 2 days later (maybe one day and a half ) I began to feel my lymph nodes we re not normal , my legs and arms we re fatigued , and my hands and fingers we re feeling as if I had worked really hard (manual labour) .
I'll try to be more specific :
1.only my right armpit lymph node feels kinda swollen but it is not visible (my left armpit lypmh node is ok and so are my neck lypmh nodes )
2.the fatigue sensation sometimes comes with joint pains in my fingers , ankles ,knees . I also feel from time to time a short lasting(5 seconds) pain in my biceps , and legs
3.after the sexual act , I felt the need to spit more than often for the next 24 hours , and also the tip of my tongue felt irritated  (as if it  was burned)
I must say that two days before the sexual act I had some dental work done ( even an anesthetic shot)
4.today , after I ate , I felt nausea for about 15 minutes
5.also I was feeling kinda hot (temperature) for about 1 hour after I took a day time sleep
6.now , for example only my right armpit lymph node is swollen , but otherwise everything is pretty normal
7.also I haven't been getting to much sleep recently (the last week I ve been sleeping from 2 am to about 10 am , and even 7 am .

Please tell me if it is possible for hiv symptoms to appear as soon as 2 days after a possible exposure , and what other std symptomes might appear so fast .
I know all I wrote is a little chaotic , but I am a little bit alarmed because most of these symptoms are hiv related , rather than other std's (at least from what I read on the internet) .
