please help

Please help me.I am so depressed now. Before 11 weeks a female sex worker had oral sex with me as I am a recepient without condom. She sucked my penis for 15 minutes. Two weeks after,my body got itchless rashes especially on my chest part and also on my upper part of hand. The rashes lasts for 1.5 month. At that time I lost my sleep for about 2 weeks and feeled as so tired.4weeks after oral sex,i got tested with p24 antigen and antibody tests,it was negative.Again I tested 4th generation ELISA test[for HIV 1&2] at 8.5 weeks. It also showed negative result.I heard that 8 week negative result with newer generation tests are conclusive.Dr told to me,it was very reliable. But now  one of my lymph node in neck become swelled [after 11 week].Now I am so depressed and thinking about suicide.Anybody please help me.My questions are...
1) Is my tests are reliable and conclusive..?
2) Does the lymph node become swollen 11 weeks after exposure in acute HIV phase..?
3)My right part of abdomen is slighty bigger than that of left part.Is it the sign of HIV..?
Any body please help me.I am waiting for your valuable answers.

Your result will always be negative because you never had a risk to begin with from Oral Sex.
