SPUTUM WITH POSSIBLE BLOOD

IS SOME ONE SWALLOW SOME ELSE SPUTUM(PHLEGM)
THAT MAYBE HAS LITTLE BLOOD IN IT(CAUSE SORE THROAT)
IS THAT A WAY TO TRANSMITTED THE VIRUS.SE
CDC NURSE SAID THAT , IF THERE BLOOD , THERE IS A LOW RISK.
DOES  LUNG MUCOUS CARRY ON HIV?
NO SORES OR BLEEDING IN MOUTH.

teak. sputum(phlegm) with mucosa from lungs, is equal saliva?
or in the mix with saliva, it equalize to saliva?
