posible needlestick exposure

Hello I have a question about something that happened to me today, I was at a supermarket and while I was waiting in line and felt a pinch on my upper back there was a person behind me, what i would like to ask is if there is a chance of needle stick be either bore needle or sewing needle, when I checked my back I had like a pimple and it was dry and I scratched and it drew blood I am worried if this could had happen because of what I felt at the supermarket and the person behind me actually poked me o

ok thank you it was just that I got all worked up about the pimple on my back and by scratching it started to bleed so to my first question there is zero risk right?
