possible HIV symptoms?

Hello, I have been worried about this for while now, I was tested in 2009 for HIV and came out with negative results, but I did have unprotected sex in 2010 with someone. We used the pull out method but after a few weeks I was told by someone that he'd had sex with a woman who used needles. I asked him if he had been tested and he told me yes, but I'm still worried. I haven't been tested since 2009, afraid of the results. I had bacterial vaginosis last July and an abnormal pap smear. I currently have another yeast infection, I dont know if it's BV or not but I've scheduled another pap smear. I've had only one partner for the past 7 months now. I have also been having neck, shoulder, and leg pain when I'm in the same position too long. This could be because of my uncomfortable bed in my new apartment, but I'm not sure. I could be over thinking everything, but I'm also afraid that my suspicions are true. Anything would help.

symptoms are not indicators just test at 3 months preferably with duo test to exclude the very tiny possiblity of late seroconversion

We've answered hundreds if not thousands of people who have symptoms yet test negative. Can be out of fear and/or another disease. Just get tested now and any subsequent conclusive negative result will rule out your symptoms from HIV.

The "Pull out method will only aid in preventing pregnancy not HIV or other STDs. Your symptoms do not tell you anything about your HIV status. Getting tested is the only way to know your status.
