HIV risk for one time oral encounter

22 days ago I had my first and only brief oral encounter with a man from India in a moment of experimentation. I met him online and he assured me was "absolutely" clean and healthy in every way. I have read mixed information online about what STD's I could have contracted and the likelihood of those infections occurring and it has caused me massive anxiety. I have also read that since this man, even though he was in his 40's, professional and married and assured me he was ABSOLUTELY clean, travels to the United States on business but lives in India where STD's like syphilis and hepatitis are far more common than they are here in the states. So, I am concerned about what I could have caught from this encounter. The details are, I went down on him for about five minutes, he didn't ejaculate in to my mouth, but while I was going down on him I did taste something salty which could have likely been his pre-ejaculate which I likely swallowed while I was going down on him. To my knowledge, and as far as I can remember there were no open sores or bumps on his penis. After finishing him with my hand, I showered and rinsed out my mouth with an anti-bacterial mouth wash.

Now 22 days later, after dealing with extreme anxiety, some depression, and the stomach problems to go along with them, I have lost about 8 pounds in 9 days. To be fair, my eating habits have been off and I have been dealing with irritations in my stomach since the event occurred. But I have also read online that HIV, Hepatitis and Syphilis can cause weight loss. I am seeing a doctor today about the anxiety and weight loss but I cannot get any conclusive tests for the STD's that I mentioned until about week 6 from what I read.

So my questions are,
1) what is my likelihood that I have contracted HIV from this one time oral encounter? Taking into account that this man is not from this country and is from what the internet considers a "developing" world.
2) Could my weight loss be attributed to HIV ARS this soon after an exposure? Especially, without a fever or any other normal ARS symptoms.
3) Could an early symptom of HIV cause an irritable bowel and abdominal cramps?
4) Are there any reliable tests that I could take now that would tell me whether or not I have HIV?

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

I've read a bunch of stories on the medhelp forums and you and Teak are very often dismissive and emphatic in your responses and I'm sure 99.99% of the time you're both correct in your replies. But, I have to admit I am curious if you've ever had somebody prove you wrong? Not just claim you're wrong because "they know they have an infection", but actually medically prove it. Anxiety and fear are the mind killer, they do horrible, horrible things to our bodies, this I know. And I hope with all of my being that you all are right and that I have nothing to worry about. But, the waiting is SO HARD. Nothing is worth this anguish. Nothing. Never again, man. I swear never again.

I have one last question in regards to this. Just out of sheer curiosity, this person whom I had an encounter with, I did not know their history so I am unaware of what sti's they actually had, even though he told me he was absolutely clean, there is no way he would know what unless he were tested. So he may be harboring an infection and not know it. With that said, IF he had syphilis and HIV and I went down on him, what would be my chances in catching HIV at that point? I doubt it would still be zero? I dont know if he had syphilis, but I have read that a person can have the infection and now know it for quite some time. And that chancres can be easily missed or so small that detection would be difficult. I tested at 4 weeks with an Oraquick test and it came back negative, but then I read online that 1 out of 13 people recieve a false negative response. I also have a syphilis blood test, and an HIV antibody test being run by my GP, but its been a day and a half and my anxiety is off the charts. Can any of you put my mind at ease?
I guess my major questions are:
1) If the person who I sucked off had HIV and syphilis and my mouth rubbed against his chancre without me knowing it, could I have caught HIV from this encounter? Note: I havent had any syphilis symptoms in 4 weeks, but again, the scary *** interwebs says that they could be easy to miss.
2) I have read online that an Oraquick is 95% at 4 weeks, for such a "low-risk" encounter, in your opinion what chance is there that I am the 1 in 13 that got a false negative? The only instruction I didnt follow was waiting for the 3 month mark, because I've read that 3 months is extremely conservative for newer generation tests and that most people will develop antibodies at 3 or 4 weeks.

When my results do come in from my doctors office (hopefully sometime today) I'm just deathly afraid that my entire life is going to be utterly thrown into a tailspin.

You seem pretty emphatic about that. Are there any instances where an infection would be possible? If not, why ? Also, I've read that India is the third highest in the world for HIV infections, so wouldn't that increase my risk? Also, even though I was told that he was clean and HIV-, if he were lying and had a high viral load, wouldn't I be at a greater risk?
Thanks for your time in advance.

1) Negligible. By the way, it doesn't really matter where someone comes but what sort of risk you engaged. Risk groups vs risk activities. I prefer the latter.
2) Nah, I have suffered way lost from anxiety because I eat less.
3) HIV symptoms are non-specific.
4) HIV RNA but they have issues with sensivity (high false positives).
