Quite complicated case and I am very scared

Last December, I had protected virginal sex with an escort in London, but one day (about 26 hours )before the encounter, I shaved my pubic area with a razor and made a small wound on the base of my penis, its more like a little piece of my skin had been peeled but not completely cut off from the surface, and it bled a little.
The wound was not covered by condom as it can not be reached, but I am pretty sure that during the protected sex, it was not bleeding.

Then last month, I had protected virginal sex with another escort, and 10 days after the encounter I discovered several genital warts on my pubic area, and the largest one was where the wound was. I know it takes 1-3 months for wart to become visible, so I guess I got the wart from the encounter in last December, and this scares me a lot, as I fear that the virginal fluid contacted the wound and made the wart, and possibly entered into my bloodstream. There were never any symptoms after the encounter in December, but I feel muscular pain after the recent encounter, but no fever or other symptoms.

I am extremely scared, and plz tell me am I at risk of and do I need HIV testing?

thank you in advance for your answers!

a significant cut that was open and bleeding.

cuts start healing from the inside out VERY SOON afterwards...sealing off any entry into the bloodstream.

" its more like a little piece of my skin had been peeled but not completely cut off from the surface, and it bled a little "  NOT AN ENTRY POINT

Thanks a lot Lizzie!

My wound is big enough for genital wart (HPV) enter, and I read your reply in other posts that the wound has to be large and bleeding so that virus can enter, so how large and how deep the wound has to be for infection?

you do NOT need testing for hiv.

"HIV isn't so easily transmitted.  Minor cuts and trivial blood exposures simply don't create a measurable risk.  Like many persons, you seem to think that "just one virus" is enough to transmit the infection.  That is not the case.  Substantial amounts of infected blood or secretions have to be introduced into the body in a way that exposes certain cells to the virus.  If HIV could be transmitted in the ways you are worrying about, AIDS would be 100 times more common than it is.
