possible infection for oral sex?

I'm very concerned about a situation I had a month ago where I did oral sex to a man with no condom for not more than 15/20 seconds. He did not evacuate on me or pre cum on me (I think) because when I started blowing him his penis was unerected and was barely starting to erect when I quicked practicing oral sex. I think I had a small touth cavity by that time and still do.
I went to some health places and they told me I didn't qualified to do PEP because my risk was really low and they only prescript PEP to unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
5 weeks later I had faringitis, high fever and some small ulcer on my tongue and lips. Doc says it was for faringitis

Doctors here in argentina have a very different vission of oral sex transmition and even if some of them told me the risk is low if not eyaculated precum could easily infect. Im still virgin talking about anal and vaginal and this situation where I did oral sex was actually my first time ever in active sex.

A week ago I had a big diarrea for antibiotics and yesterday I realize some blood on the toilet paper from my anus. Seems to be very irritated and saw some blood, tiny one but still blood.

Could I have some STD in my anus Even if I practiced oral sex only?

Maybe it was only because of diarrea?

Im falling apart these days, I would really aprecciated some help
