different info

hello friends, im a 21yr male who mutually masturbated with another guy, this happened about 24hrs ago. the guy used his precummed and rubbed it on the head of my penis/urethra. i thought this was no risk till i found out he was positive. i called my doctor and he said this was high risk, and should test within 28days. i read about pep and im still in time for it. am i risk? should i worry about this? would his viral load or anything matter. im anxious and want to know what to do.
thank you very much
cameron

You were never at risk and don't need testing wouldn't matter if he had HIV or not.

Your doctor is incorrect. You never had an exposure. Get on with your life.
