hi doctors.i posted a while ago regarding the unprotected blowjob that i gave to my boss..i heard that our saliva deactivates the virus..but what in my case i used an ice chip while giving the blowjob..does this put me on higher risk?and what if he just had vaginal sex with an hiv infected woman hours ago before i licked his balls and dick would this put me on much higher?and what risk does this posses to my 4-month old baby that im nu

You didn't have a risk. Not even kissing.  Saliva actually has dozens of proteins and enzymes that kill the virus
