I don't understand why that would occur? I simply asked a question about my risk and only one person replied. When I look at other threads they have a few replies, also coming from YOU.
I need to move on but I really need more replies from other knowledgable people about my risk? (precum exposed to 5 hour old cut and jock itch on scrotum)

Irrespective of his sero-status, whether negative or positive, infectious body fluid coming in contact with cuts and bruises can't transmit the virus due to the following reasons;
1. The virus inactivates as soon as it is exposed to the external environment out of it's host.
2. Even considering a theoritic possibilty, the cut needed to be very very deep and extremely fresh (seconds ago), the infectious fluid had to directly come in contact with the blood stream with out any contact with any external element.
3. There is not even 1 single case of an individual acquiring the virus through the sort of incidence that you have mentioned above.
Hence, there was no risk present whatsoever. You need to move on.
Wow, fast answer and thank you. I just need to know for my peace of mind why no risk?
The guy did not ejaculate at all, just precum. What if the precum was on hand and he accidently rubbed my cut?
I met him online. If a gay guy writes in his ad this: ".fit smooth neg safe vers bttm and oral."
Does that usually mean for sure he is negative?
No risk. No scope of HIV transmission.
