HIV and STDS RISK

Siutation: I was with a guy almost a month ago. Him and I did some heavy kissing (french) and he began sucking my nipples, for a long while, and then he fingerd me for a long while as well. It was in the dark, so I couldn't see any cuts or sores on his fingers. I guess when we were done the light was turned on, and I saw his hands and fingers and I couldn't see any cuts or sores. I sucked his nipple twice and that was it. There was no vaginal, anal or oral sex involved just what I metioned happend. I still got a sore throat and my lymph nodes were swollen and my muscles in my leg are hurting bad, and I'm still sick, but I don't have the rash, high fever of Diarreha, supposedly those are the HIV symtomps you get 2 to 6 weeks, but I could be wrong. I'm freaking out here and I have a doctors appt. on the 20th of June.
Question: My question is what are my chances of getting HIV, or STDS. I'm really worried. Lately I had a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes. I really scared please help me !!! theres alot of sites that say it is a risk? I didnt touch him, he only touched me!!!!!
