psychological fear of HIV detection

I am a girl about 28 years old. I have a boyfriend who is 46 years old. He is single and rich. And he had a certain reputation in social status. But I don't know his health situation. I kept the relationship with him 1 years. Last sex life with him was 20 days ago. We used the condom. But what I scared was we didn't use condom in the beginning 3 minutes and then lasting about 3 minutes we used condom. I did the HIV detection by using the Fourth generation method (antibody and p24) after 20 days that I had sex life with him. Test results are negative.I was scared and I want to require: Am I save now?

I had an unprotected  sex with a prostitute on 28/12/2014 at around 9:30 p.m.and I had cleaned my penis with a spirit at around 10:30 p.m. The next day i.e. on29/12/2014 at 10:30 a.m. I had one tablet of Zidovudin 300 and Lamivudine 150 and since 30/12/2014 till date I am having  tentenofovir 300+ Lamivudin 300+ Efavarenz 600 at 10:00 a.m. and I intend to continue the later till its 28th day as PEP. My rapid hiv test is negative. What are my chances of getting infection even after strict adherence to the later tablet till its completion? Please let me know if the chances of infection are there or not if my penis was not fully erect as I was drunk and the lady in question was in doggy position for 3minutes

28 days with 4th generation is conclusive, but the 20 day test is an excellent indicator that you are negative.
