is the only reason to test at 6 months because of autoimmune disease and IV drug user? what are the autoimmune disease and how do i know if i have it?

Autoimune disease are when someones body doesnt have the normal ability for the production of antibodies to fight bacterias and viruses, I dont know for sure but there should be some kind of test to diagnose it, but it would be clear since those people would have a lot of illnes the most of the time, I not talking about 3 colds a year, I mean serious illness for long times. no more test needed 3 months is conclusive

It depends on the autoimmune disease you are referring to. Some like arthritis can be dected at any time though your body once you devolop it, where as HIV you need to wait for the 3 month window for conclusive results. And some types like lupus and diagnosed thorugh a system of ruleing out all other causes.
