First off HIV is not alive and it does NOT stay active for hours. As soon as the virus is exposed to temp change,ph change the out shell of the virus is damages and inhibits its ability to infect.

HIV is a fragile virus and does not stay active outside its host let alone adding alcohol or any other liquid.
