Could I be Infected??

About two and a half months ago I had a sexual encounter with a women that I met off the internet. We only had oral sex but there was a lot of fluid. about a month ago I became very sick with a dry cough and body aches. I know have swollen lymph nodes in my neck and I can feel the ones under my armpit and around my hip area. they are very painful. I did not have a sore throat or fever. I have been to several doctors that are telling me that I have nothing to worry about that I must just have a virus. I am very worried. I tested the other day and the test was negitive. It was 12 weeks after the sexual encounter.... Should I be worried?? Could I be infected??
