Mid December I had high risk exposure, unprotected vag/anal/menstural/ejaculation
2 weeks later I got a purple right groin node, rash, dry cough, nasuea, swollen gums, sore mouth, Leukoplakia, thrush, weight loss, fatigue, joint pain, white patches in mouth, red ulcers in cheek and constipation now all my body hair has stopped growing and things arent healing
Do these sound like early symptoms?

We can not tell you if your symptoms are due to HIV or not, ONLY a test at 3 months will tell you this.

I will say this, Most people who test pos. have NO symptoms at all and most who test neg. have most of the ARS "like" symptoms. So as you can see symptoms mean NOTHING at all!

Get tested and that will answer your question.
