Cut on penis foreskin during sex, worried about being infected by HIV

I went to club around 1 month ago and had a sex with sex worker. During sex, I got cut on my penis foreskin and I believe my condom also broke at that time. I cut was not a major one and now cut is all cure. But, I am worried about being infected by HIV.

It's almost month now (more than 4 weeks) and I searched online for all possible initial symptom for HIV. However, I did not notice any symptom in my body.

I am really worried about that and feeling anxiety. Please advice should I go for HIV test and if yes, advice me on which test should I go?

If a condom fails it rips down the seam and all you have left is the ring at your penis base and threads hanging below. Both of you would have noticed that, so it didn't happen and you are safe since only the head needs protection.
A test would be a waste of time, but a celebratory beer would be useful.
