risk again?

i just was walking up the stairs to my appartment with flip flop shoes on. while walking up my left foot got stuck on one of the stairs. and i hurt my toenail so that there was a little cut under the toenail. i wasnt worrying at first. but when i walked up again i saw that there are some red spots on the stair where i injured my foot. it might have been blood. now i'm afraid that this blood came under my toenail into the little cut. how high is the risk on this? i'm very afraid again...
