risk from massaging a sex worker with possible lesions

I made a mistake that I regret now. I gave a body massage to a south african black sex worker who I had found on the street. While she was nude I did not undress. I massaged her body with my hands but did not touch her mouth, vagina or rectum. I did kiss her but not on mouth, breasts, vagina or rectum. She had linings, wrinkles on her tummy which I am now worried may be HIV lesions. While I did not have vaginal, anal or oral sex with her I am worried that my hands contact with her body & possible HIV lesions may have led to exposure to me. Specially becuase she is in the hisk risk group. I do not have any visible cuts on my hands or body. Is there a risk of exposure to me?

I am experiencing anxiety becuase most sex workers in Johannesburg are HIV positive.
Although I touched the sex worker and saw no cuts on her body or my hands. Can the infection occur by touching a HIV lesion on her body? can touching her clothes cause an infection?
