risk of HIV ?

Hi im pretty desperate for answers at this point
So me and my dad we went to his office and there was this guy who was washing his face and hear because he hit his head badly.A few seconds later he walked up to me and gave me a handshake(I know what you think-just another stupid hiv handshake question).BUT NO this is nothing like that because of the fact that I had this cut on my hand which was made due to the cold weather.MY QUESTION IS: IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I HAVE HIV - ASSUMING THAT THIS GUY HAD FRESH BLOOD ON HIS HAND AND I HAD A CUT!? Please doctor I desperately need your expertise because im freaking out and I have lost sleep for months because of this thing and the part that makes this situation even more difficult is that I'm 15 and I'm scared to do an HIV test because of my parents... Please help and tell me the truth -should I do an HIV *TEST?

You had NO RISK from this encounter and DO NOT need to test. That IS the truth.

This is NOT how HIV is transmitted.
