risk of HIV infection?

Hi, I recently did a handjob on another guy but I stopped when I felt a stinging sensation as some of his pre-cum came into contact with broken skin on my fingers. I am usually like that, I guess I don't always remember to put on hand lotion after I wash my hands. The wounds were small, not bleeding but yet the skin was visibly broken as in almost to the point of bleeding. I came to know later that the guy was very promiscuous, which I don't judge, but considering all the facts, what is the risk of infecton with HIV? I've been very worried over the past days and now, 5 days after exposure, I feel malaise with a rising temperature, but still within what could pass as normal so far.

It's 8 days now and I have a severe sore throat. Could it be ARS? I'm just dead scared. I read that the standard for healthcare workers, for example, is to cover any cuts to avoid direct contact with potentially infected fluids. So does this mean that transmission in my case may be possible???

Not a mode of HIV transmission. You never had a risk even with broken skin and pre-ejaculate.

Masterbating someone is not a risk, no matter what.
