different test results

At 12 weeks after a potential risk, I tested by using two different methods. One with rapid test by using whole blood and another with ECLIA. I dont know what is ECLIA. Is it same as ELISA? I used two methods because I previously tested weak positive with whole blood rapid tests at 6 weeks and 8 weeks after exposure. Unfortunately, in 12 weeks tests, rapid came back also with Weak Positive but strangely, ECLIA is negative with 0.23 (they say cut-off <0.9)
Am I HIV positive or negative? DO I need to make another tests, antigen tests, Western Blot tests?
What can be possible-repeated false positive in rapid tests or HIV negative according to ECLIA?

If you can see a faint line it is considered positive. Not weak. How are you even posting with that bad earthquake and no electric in Myanmar?

Your question is so strange.
I dont know myself so I ask here.
I got weak positive in rapid tests. He showed me test strip. I saw a clear control line and a very faint test line.
Do I need other confrimation tests such as WB or IFA?
