HIV from body to body message

Today I had a body to body massage for the first time with a Thai therapist.

Initially she gave me a HJ and after ejaculation she gave me a body to body oil massage. I washed out the cum before she started the body to body oil message. She was wearing a disposable underwear and I was not.  She was grinding on me and I'm not sure if my penis head had contact with her vaginal discharge through her underwear.  I had to end the massage because of the paranoia and took a shower after 5 minutes. No penetration or kiss or oral sex was involved. The massage involved oil and she was applying oil on my penis.

Now I'm extremely worried whether any STDs could transfer because of that. Would HIV be transmitted by body to body massage? Should I be worried and get it tested? Should I go with PEP immediately?

Anxiety can be difficult but it is important to remember that it is just anxiety driving these feelings and not a real risk of HIV which you did not have.  As your question has been answered, we are now closing this thread.  Best of health to you.

Hello,   MedHelp adheres to the position of the CDC as well as the input of  expert physicians that HIV is only transmitted through unprotected vaginal or anal sex, the sharing of needles, or from mother to child.  These are the only methods in which HIV are transmitted.  The HIV virus is inactivated by air.  Grinding would not be a risk for HIV.  We wish you the best.

Thank you Sara and AnxiousNoMore. I'm still trying to convince myself that no risk was involved and I don't need a PEP.

Could get the bad thoughts out of my head though.

HIV is inactivated in air which means it can't infect from what you did plus that means it can't ooze through clothes and infect. So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk.
No one in 40 years of history got HIV from what you did.  Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc air does not allow inactivated virus to infect, so you had zero risk

Thank you for the response. My mind plays games now, I'm not sure if I had precum in my penis all I could remember is that it was soaked in oil. Would it carry any risk?
If you don't have penetrating vaginal or anal sex, it is classified as air or oral contact so zero risk. Otherwise it wouldn't be safe to stand in a crowded bus, etc.
We use CDC guidelines so don't care what they say. PEP has serious potential side-effects so be cautious making your decision.
