Me male , Had sex with a sex worker(caucasian). Lady on top. Brief 2 min encounter protected with condom. Ky jell used. Noticed a nick at bottom of penis below the penile shaft ( at the base) after the incidence. Might be from a shave last night. Time between incidents 20 hrs.
Told her I am not comfortable so she got down took out the condom and then finished me with her hand.
12 hrs elapsed sine then.
What is my risk. Do I need to go see a doctor and take PeP.
