i had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a woman on saturday and she reassured me several times that she tests about every 3 to 6 months for hiv but i still went to sleep in fear and had severe panic attacking, anxiety and stress over the event and went to the hospital. i then noticed a swollen lymph gland in my neck and had another panic, anxiety and stress attack and went to the hospital on thursday night and they said that i had mild distension in my small intestine and everything else was fine,, i was thinking could hiv symptoms appear this early or am i just so stressed out that i caused the pain in my stomach,, this was my first sexual encounter ever

yup definitely over reacting.. and if you are this worried about a single exposure.. USE A CONDOM NEXT TIME!!!..

cool down.. relax.. go watch a movie.. dont try to look for symptoms.. no point!.. if you are really worried juz test at 8 weeks nd den get conclusive test at 12 weeks

If one gets symptoms they come on 2-4 weeks after exposure not days.

cool down brother.. one lymph node swelling is no way a symptom of hiv, it needs to be more than 2 from what i know. Even still hiv cannot be diagnosed with symptoms, only a  antibody or blood test can because hiv symptoms are common for most of the normal illnesses. anxiety can make you see things which would you would have considered normal at other times.. if you are worried try and get her tested if she is someone you knw.. else you test ur self at 12 weeks, which at that time any antibody test will be conclusive, if ur too anxious test at 8 weeks, this would be around 96% accurate. dont try to self diagonse.. you will just add things to ur anxiety!..
PS : most people wont lie about there hiv status..
