sex between two gays

I am a gay.
3 days ago, I had anal sex with a man, I was the top.
We used the condom and lubricant. The problem is:

Before the anal sex, some prostatic fluid came out from his penis.
Then, his hands/fingers touched the prostatic fluid.
Then, he helped me put on the condom with his hands/fingers.
But, at first, he did not notice that the inside of the condom was out(I mean, his hands/fingers touched the inside part of the condom).
Then, he turned the condom over, and put it on my penis(the inside part of the condom covered on my balanus).
The result is:his prostatic fluid covered on my balanus, and the condom isolated the liquid and my balanus from the outside environment.

Is there any risk? Thanks.

We've had the same and similar questions many times before.  It's still not a risk.

I know that medhelp do not regard handjob as a risk.
But my behavior is different from handjob.
During handjob, everthing is in the air; as for me, the condom isolated the liquid and my balanus from the outside environment, and some minutes later, I got ejaculation, the semen could be something good for the virus, and they are not in the air, which means just like inside the body ……

pleans give me an answer again, thanks……

NO risk.  Only unprotected anal sex would have been a risk.  You are fine.  No, you don't need testing (I'm sure that's the next question).

No worries.
