Cant sleep thinking of HIV.

Hi Dorctor,

Two weeks ago, I had sex with a prostitute in germany. Since the start I had the condom on, she did oral sex with condom and then we had sex for two min with condom and I ejaculate inside. I dont think the condom broke but I am afraid during oral sex a damage might been happend to the condom. Please help me I cant stop thinking about it.

A condom failure would be a big visible rip down the seam, and the fact she made you use a condom might mean she makes everyone do it. Protected anal or vaginal is not a sex risk for HIV. Any oral is not a sex risk.

You had no risk so time to get back to your normal life.

Thank you for answering. Could not stop thinking about it. I even start feeling symptoms because of the articles I read online..
You can find people who died from a thumbtack in the hand after a blood clot formed and went to the brain, so the more you search Google, the more convinced you will be that you are dying.
Stop Googling for death, and give your brain a chance to calm down, otherwise try therapy rather than live in needless terror.
