should i need HIV or STDs test

Hello,
I had sex with sex worker two days ago ,i got her by appointment. it is unprotected oral sex (she sucked my penis ) and condom protected vaginal sex. I also fingered her for some time.
now after 2 days i got fever and headache which make me scare.

my question is that should i go for HIV or STD test ? if yes then kindly let me know what test it have to take or can i sex with my wife without any test?

You had protected vaginal sex which is not a risk of HIV transmission.

and what about the vaginal sex ? it was protected but is there any chance to get HIV in this way?

You never had an HIV exposure from oral sex.
