shud i be tested ?

5 months ago i had an unprotected sexual enounter with a girl. She says she was clean and even so
i still think about the possibility of contracting HIV. this month ive been getting a few canker sores too and i read it may be a symptom ...any thoughts ?

Canker sores have nothing to do with HIV. You can test now and have a conclusive test result if you have had unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse.

i read that sores in the mouth may be a symptom of HIV though ? would you say thats just a myth

I would say that HIV has NO specific symptoms. Stress and anxiety can cause canker sores.
