Am I at risk of HIV?

Yesterday, in the heat of the moment, me and an acquantaince of mine (he's 30) who studies in the same college, had a sexual encounter. He claims he doesn't have anything, but he has a girlfriend of a few years (which I only found out afterwards) so I'm not sure I can trust him..

Basically it was fast, we pulled down our pants, I jerked him a bit and he rubbed his penis against my wet vagina all the way across towards my anus opening, there was no actual penetration, but he was rubbing quite hard against those areas. Then he came outside (not on me) quite fast.

Also, it is to mention I had previously (like 7 hours prio) shaved myself down there, so is there a chance if there a minor cut from it make me more vulnerable?

Am I at a significant risk?

He looks healthy, and he said he never cheated before, but.. He was cheating on his girlfriend, so why should I trust him?

Thank you kindly for your attention. I know I was quite stupid for me to do this..

I'd like to add that I can't actually find any small cuts down there from the previous shaving, but the area is a bit sensitive

Doesn't matter if there are cuts. HIV is inactivated in air and your activity is classified as air contact since there was no penetration. Zero risk.
