small cut

if some body has a small cut at the end of the shaft of the penis..may be small or without blood ten during vaginal intercrse although the penis is fully covered bt a small cut at the baseof the penis may not be covered....so vaginal fluid cn come in contct with the small cut......cn there is a risk of getn HIV?

On the body everyone who has had a similar risk to mine has been told there is a risk by Dr francino why would that be?
And it's not that I don't believe you guys but I just want to be certain. a small cut at the base of the penis have risk of HIV?

NO. HIV is not transmitted by small cuts, nicks and or abrasions. The kind of cut needed to possiblely put you at risk you wouldn't be sticking your penis in a vagina. You would be at the ER getting stitches and pain medication.
