How do I know if I've been at risk?

I've been dating my girlfriend for nearly a year and when we first started dating for the first 6 months we used protection ( condoms & Birth Control ) and then after that we would use it sometimes use condoms but she always used birth control.

I'm a not educated about this properly and I was wondering if there is a risk of having unprotected sex with my girl friend if we have unprotected sex. Our relationship is very serious and monogamous.

My current girlfriend whoI have been dating since Nov 07 and we had sex for the first time with a condom in December 07 and then in April had unprotected sex with her.

Her history before dating me was 1 boyfriend which she lost her virginity to and we started dating a year after they broke up.

My history is I lost my virginity to a girl I was dating for a half a year ( Dec 06 - April 07) and we had protected sex with her 2 times and I never ejaculated at all.. I couldn't.. nervous i guess. I've had oral sex done to me and I did it to her.

Then I dated another girl briefly for a month or two and had protected sex with her (july 07 - Sept 07) and performed oral sex on her.

I'm concerned of what if's you know... I'm sure you get these posts all DAY everyday. I do appreciate your response.

Thank you.

Man you dont have HIV
But test if you want to too ease your mind you may feel better Symptoms and signs mean nothing.
I cant believe it took a bug looking bite to set your mind in motion about hiv
Masterbation will cause irritation and rawness use lotion this will help LOL
Dont worry about hiv that would not even cross my mind if I were in your shoes.
Oral is a no risk I dont care what you read

Alien thanks for responding to my post, I've been reading to make sure I don't make a mistake and post something you guys have already herd.

I was worried because of my history more than hers of course. Lately my penis has been irritated so I don't know if it's because too much masterbation or just friction irritation from sex.

I woke up this morning with a bite of some sort it was raised like a spider bite on my stomach and on my right arm by my shoulder.. and I asked my girl friend and she said it looks like a mini rash so anxiety kicked in and assumed it was a hiv rash.

Why are you worried now?
You are with a partner who has had 1 BF before you the likely hood she has HIV is slim
Test if you like but expect it to be negative

edit: I don't have any symptoms from what I've read about.. Today it feels like my jaw is sore.. where my chin is like my lymphnodes..

I've been to the docs had a physical done and I was found I had a slight tfatty liver from my diet and not working out. They checked everything else blood work and said everything else was fine. I had high tri-glycerides and elevated liver functions.
They did a test for hep C and that was negative.. they wanted to make sure the elevated liver function was related to my diet.
