sore/cut from new skin on penis

I had a wart recently removed from my penis via tea tree oil- a chemical type burn- and it has healed over.Over time,  over the weeks of getting erections, I sometimes make cracks in my skin from the new, thin skin forming. if i had sex with a woman who is HIV +, what are my chances of contacting the diease with a thin, non-bleeding crack in my penis? I did not use a condom, but maybe had sex for 3- 5min... the next day, i touched the crack with a little alcohol pad, abd it did burn- reminding me the skin is sill open and healing. I read all over that this is a minimal risk, but is it? it is a very small crack, and have read on this forum that you'd have to have a cut that requires stitches, but don't people acquire HIV with just a little scratch, I mean who has stitches on their penis?

I don,t think they were talking about cuts and unprotected penerative sex in the same context. In any event, get tested to receive your status. All the best.

thank you foryour reply- I know it is a possibility, but from what I read on here, the consensus - even Doctors say that it's a minimal risk, and yes I should get tested anyways, but are the chances not LOW? Teak and H. Hunter Handsfield, M.D. both say unless the cut requires stitches, it is a low chance...

Any unprotected penerative vaginal or anal sex is a risk of transmission, cuts or no cuts. You require testing for your unprotected penetrative sex.
