sorry!but help me!

SO Sorry  for my utterance.I just scared ,so  i hope you can forgive me  and help me. Three month ago i met a girl who's hiv status was unknown.I had fingerd her and deep kissed her.I don't remember whether i washed my hand.Then i went to toilet and my hands which fingerd the girl touched my penis.After this exposure I experienced serious skin rash which were all over my body ,sore throat ,cough for 3weeks and low heat ,diarrhea and so on.I was not a little frightened.please help me!!!!!! What scared me is the many symptoms just  like the ARS! These days i don't dare to touch my nephew and my girl friend.

THANS!BUT I HAVE SEE THE SITE  ABOUT  ARS  THAT  ALL MY SYMPTOMS  JUST THE SAME WITH HIV  IS IT JUST A COINCIDENCE?SORRY  I  AM RELLY SCARED!~

your symptoms are NOT hiv related.

WHY?  you NEVER had a risk ! ! !

i told you on your previous post that hiv is transmitted through...unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse / sharing iv drug works / and mother to child.

hiv is NOT transmitted through fingering or kissing.

CLEARLY you can see that you were NOT at risk.
