stepped on something

I went out for a walk, and noticed something poking on my toe. I don't know what it could be, I haven't paid attention to the floor or anything. I don't know if needles can break a part and get into my shoe. When I went home to check on my toe I did not find any bleeding or anything. Am I at risks? I really don't know what poked my toe.

I understand the anxiety but you are fine. No way you could be infected... I do know this much. Sorry others on here seem to be a bit scarcastic. It's just that the more you study the more you realize what is and is not questionable behavior. But you have NOTHING to fear. Best regards.
