hiv 8 weeks

I would like to ask a question: I had protected sex and the condom broke after 2 months. HIV tests I made 5 different clinics: 1 negative after 4 weeks, 2 weeks after 5 negative, 3 after 6 weeks negative negative after 7 weeks 4, 5 negative after 8 weeks ECLIA method is fourth-generation antigen test combo.
question is how accurate is the result? what percentage?
I must say that after 2 weeks I have fatigue that has not yet passed, I had a cough that I could not breathe but passed .. are these signs symptoms of HIV?

those results are very accurate & highly unlikely to change at 3 months
