still worried

I went to a clinic and the doctor gave me a shot on my ance. After the shot I asked the nurse if the doctor draw the medcine from a new bottle. She told me sometimes thye draw the medcine several times from the same bottle. I was kinda worried. Is it safe that if they draw the medcine with several needles and one of the needles has blood on it?

Am I worried irrational?
