swollen tonsil on left side one cancre on tongue

I'm recently waiting for results back fromSTI  screening in the mean while I have a cancer on my tongue which Ive always gotten. but hear recently I've noticed that my left tonsil is enlarged and not hurting when I swallow I have no temp and my glands near my jaw are swollen ?????? I'mm trying not to FREAK OUT and hope that none of these symptoms are related and just a coincidence of occurances. Shouldn't I have a fever or could it be bacterial infection as well and why arent both tonsills enlargedand both sets of glands on my neck swollen??/ PLEASE HELP NME RELAX

I have cancer sore on head penis which seems to be healing but another one seem slike its surfacing unprotected oral sex

Just concerned in general firht now  I not I've contractedsomething but waitng to see what is what;s causing major anxiety for me.. Along with the swolen glands and tonisl and no fever present and then another canker sore surfacing hope it's something that can all be treated with anti biotics and that the sores and the glands and the tonsils go back to normal so I can breath again!!!! just surprised that I haven't had a fever and that my throat isn;'t hurting and that it's only on oneside that's why I thought maybe it could be a bacterial infection in with my tonsil dont know just really worried

I just want to know if the glands will go back down and if one thing is associated with the other or if they're all jusst a coincidence and if It;s a snowball affect on me having the cancker sore surface.. I suffer from anxiety any way but this is too much for me right now

I was concerned about HIV and if having one swollen tonsil with no fever and swollen lymph nodes were symptoms and if the cancre sores are all related of could they be sepearate issues?

They are not HIV related.
