Validity of OraQuick HIV TEST HELP!

Hi there... Was just wondering the validity of these tests!
I have been EXTREMELY UPSET AND NERVOUS for over two months about having HIV because I have had one genital wart removed from my pubic are last October 2012...
Everything online said that older men (I am 43) and gay always develop genital warts because they have HIV!
So today I decided to take an HIV test from Oraquick and thank GOD is was negative.... NOW of course I am questioning wether or not I did it the right way! Maybe I didnt swab enough of my gums or only swabbed my teeth,,, I followed the directions.... I was so nervous!
I know I had very dry mouth because I was nervous so maybe there wasnt enough saliva on the swab.... Does anyone know how this works??
Should I buy another box? UGH!  I wanted so desperately to eat again and sleep again.. I am distraught!

Questioning facts when you know them to be true (ie...that you followed the instructions) is indicative of anxiety.  If you followed the instructions, then your test was valid.

If you cannot accept the results, then why not just go to a clinic and have a test done?  If you still have trouble accepting your results, then you need to get some professional help.
